Expected footfall of 4,000 across one day: students from eleven schools, their families, and most of the town's under-25s. Everything is student-run, which means every rupee is visible and every promise is kept in writing. Two ways to back it: the whole fest, or the cosplay carnival on its own.
The Cosplay Carnival can be backed on its own, apart from the ladder above. Four categories, up to 120 entries in costume, and a field that stops moving for the 2:30 stage walk. A smaller cheque, pointed at the one hour everybody photographs.
Everything a paper, a page or a partner needs. Please don't stretch the logo — the council will notice.
Sponsorship, the cosplay carnival, stalls, press passes and anything involving a contract. We reply within two days, faster if you mention food.
